Craft 5 is here!

Craft 5 packs hundreds of improvements, making it our biggest, most ambitious update ever. Introducing the Team edition

In addition to Solo and Pro, Craft 5 introduces a new middle tier: the Team edition.

Craft Team edition is optimized for marketing sites managed by small teams, that don’t need user groups or permissions. It’s got all of the features from Craft Solo—including multi-site, GraphQL, and advanced content previewing—plus up to five user accounts and developer support.

Team licenses cost $279, plus $99 per year for updates after one year. And if you need to upgrade to Craft Pro edition down the road, just pay the difference ($120).

Ready to upgrade?

Before upgrading your sites, we recommend reading through Craft 5’s upgrading instructions. You’ll need to ensure your server is running the minimum requirements and that all of your plugins are compatible.

Craft 4.8.6 added a “Craft 5 Upgrade” utility, which lists each of your plugins and whether a Craft 5-compatible version exists.

We hope you’re as excited as we are about Craft 5! We can’t wait to see what you build with it.
